HUMANA MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PATIENTS
Notice to our Humana Medicare patients:
We will be dropping this insurance on September 13. Please contact your insurance agents and get switched as soon as possible, so as to avoid interrupting your care. There are special circumstances that will allow you to change now if desired. We are not taking any new patients with this insurance at this time.
STAFFING SHORTFALL
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Mary will be out the remainder of this week (through 5/30), and possibly for the next few weeks. We apologize for the longer wait times experienced the week of May 27. We are altering some processes to make the following 2 weeks better (through June 13). Please be patient and understanding with our staff. Mary is ok, but please send prayers on her behalf.
NEW LOCATION COMING SOON
Our signs are up on the new building. We aren't there yet, though. Please take note but keep coming to the highway 90 office.
We have bought the Bonifay Badcock building. This will be the future home of Contini Family Medicine. We expect to be in our new space on December 1.
PATIENT PORTAL
We wanted to generally make our patients aware of a feature of our EMR: the online patient portal. To make use of this, a patient must sign up. Please speak to the front desk staff to do so. The portal allows you to see your labs (and some other records) as well as to communicate with staff.

Mary Thompson appointments from 7am-4:40pm Monday through Thursday
Filippo Borsellino appointments 7am-4:40pm Tuesday through Thursday and 7am-3pm Fridays
Same day call-in slots (formerly walk-in) from 7am-4pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 7am-3pm
Nursing appointments 7am-Close for injections, labs, etc., but due to lab pickup time, labs must all be drawn by 4:20pm
